Pelvic Floor Workshop

Join us for a 1 hour interactive workshop ft. guest speaker Courtney Edgecomb with Regenerative Edge Physical Therapy & Wellness where we will dive in and learn all about our Pelvic Floor, what's normal vs isn't.  Common pelvic floor symptoms for postpartum moms include but are not limited to: 

• Bladder leakage
• Pelvic or low back pain
• Pelvic Organ Prolapse
• Pain with penetration/sexual activity
• Diastasis Recti

We will learn about pelvic floor exercises and other ways we can help heal our pelvic floor, while also being able to ask questions! You won't want to miss this amazing interactive workshop, spots are limited!
